Just great service as promised
I have been suspicious of pet medical insurance - however two pups in the house. I had to try it. What exceptional service. Friendly call center staff. Submitted a claim for vaccinations and was refunded within a day of submission.
Better still I was kept appraised of the claim progress from submission to payout.
WOW!
