Jordan was an absolute gentleman

Jordan was an absolute gentleman. I work in the CX space so I’m quite critical of contact centres but I’m blown away by Dotsure. Made an inquiry with my vet and they called me within 5 mins. It was so quick I was still at the vet had to ask them to call back later. Got the call back later and Jordan took me through everything and got me covered. Deadly impressed by Dotsure’s customer service and insanely impressed by Jordan!
