Thank you Jaen for the friendly and thorough service and in my preferred language. Also using a tone of voice that reflects respect for the love that I have for my 4-paw kids. Normally a telesales person rushes on without really giving you a chance to comment or ask a question, but she was very attentive to my needs. Blessings to you
