Jaen was extremely thorough with the details of what cover i will get. She listened to my situation with my dog baby and was able to advise me from there. She was extremely friendly and I enjoyed the chat. She also didn't get annoyed with me when she had to re-explain two or three sections that I needed to understand. When we came to the end of the conversation, I was already like "Let's get started". Great benefits by the way. I am certain that my dog child will be under the correct insurance so that my current situation doesn't happen again.
