I was assisted by Jaen Boshoff. The policy had to change from my dads to my name, a process I thought would take long and was dreading. She was prompt and efficient. Clearly spoken and precise. I was on the call with her for 5-8 minutes and now my fur babies are all set. All the necessary paper work was sent to me. I happy to know that if I have any problems she is there to assist.
