Jaco Naude assisted with signing up my pets for pet insurance after advising me on the best option for each animal. I was surprised that he did not try and push for the expensive options, but rather advised me to start low and upgrade later if I felt I needed to. This was a refreshing change from the norm. Very pleasant and efficient.
