Jackie Buni from Dotsure was thorough and took time to carefully explain all the details to me and answer my questions. Jackie was efficient, patient and listened to my concerns. Jackie fully understood the various policies that Dotsure offered for pet insurance and assisted me in choosing the right policy for me. So far, I am very impressed with the service from Jackie and Dotsure
