Jackie Buni assisted me through this process and I must commend him. He was very patient as I could not often speak to him on the phone and I can be difficult at times. He patiently answered my questions, called me back when I asked to and he was extremely polite and professional. A very good ambassador for your organisation, highly recommend him. Regards.
