I’ve had a policy with Dotsure for my rescue dog, Diesel, since 2019, and the service has always been exceptional. Recently, Kyla Knoetze reached out to check on how Diesel is doing. Since he’s getting older, she thoughtfully informed me that he might require additional cover and explained what this would involve. I had many questions, and Kyla handled them with incredible patience and kindness, ensuring I was completely comfortable with the upgrade. Would 100% recommend them as pet insurance.
