I've been blessed to be in touch with Demar Jansen, who has helped me get pet insurance, suitable for my new pup coming home next week. We are over the moon having our new baby come next week, but the fact that Demar has helped me navigate "something new" (as I have last spoken to someone 4 years ago with my previous baby) and I can't remember the correct way of handling things.
