It's been two days since I have been trying to cancel my motor vehicle insurance policy contract

It's been two days since I have been trying to cancel my motor vehicle insurance policy contract. Every time I tell their agent that I want to cancel, they tell me that they are transferring my call to the CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT. They will then soon come back and tell me that all their agents are busy and they will tell them to call me back. They never call back. But when you are applying for a new insurance policy they are very quick to call back. I'm frustrated, I want to cancel my policy ASAP. I DON'T WANT THEM TO DEBIT ME ANYMORE! I'M DONE WITH THEM!!!
