Is this home content cover by AA legitimate? I doubt, no service after the claim was lodged after a damage by the floods

I reported that my house in KwaMashu was affected by the floods on the 11 April 2022, water sneaked in and soaked couches and TV stand. On the 19 April 2022 a company called Network Claim Assessors Group was assigned to assess the situation. My mom who is 71 years with poor health became worse because the couches were stinking and they had to put in blankets in order to sit on soaking wet couches because she couldn't be on bed the entire days before we get assisted. She couldn't even help my 20 year old daughter whom she resides with to take the couches outside so they can release water outside. A male by the name of Darius kept on with excuses that he was coming till todate he hasnt. I have sent several follow ups with no success. If AA Home Contents Insurance does not exist why are we paying? Maybe its about time that I change the insurance hence I have been a loyal and claim free client on car, Roadside assistance and home contents insurance. I am so disappointed and wouldn't recommend your insurance!!
