Is Realy dotsure ****ming us

I had my car written off after an accident, dotsure declined my claim telling me that I had exceeded the agreed km's which was 1000km monthly. Mind you they never told me to drive less than 1000km per month.. I have been with this insurance for 3years and never missed a premium and now they come with That nonsense. They even refuse with the records of the tracker or the audio where I agreed to this BS terms... I'm still in a trauma, and now this😭😭😭

I have been waiting for a call from u, still you guys don't want to attend me... I have been paying a very good money hoping you will come through for me whenever I have a problem but no... Now I really don't understand what is insurance for🤷♂️
