Insurance Refusing To Pay For Some Of the Damages

My car is insured with Dotsure Insurance and it was involved in a car accident. A claim was approved and taken to their panelbeater. After the accident the car started to have problems in terms of driving it. It was towed to the panelbeater. Now the panelbeaters are saying there is also an issue with the gearbox and the insurance is refusing to pay for it. The insurance called me on Friday and told me that the car is ready for collection but its still not drivable. How do I take a car that is still not drivable when before the accident the car was drivable. I want my car fixed and drivable. The worse part is I spoke to the panelbeaters today and they told me that they are still waiting for the insurance to make arrangements for the car to have the canopy fitted. The insurance TOLD LIES and said its ready for collection while they are busy waiting for them. I WANT MY CAR SORTED. Its been with a panelbeaters since 23 May 2023
