insurance refusing to pay
This.insurance company offered me a cash settlement policy WHich entails that what ever happens to my vehicle I will be paid in cash to fix or get another vehicle to.make me mobile. Now they are refusing to pay me in cash and are deducting large amounts of money in the cash settlement , please advise Because when i tell them ABOUT the contractual agreement they say what is not here is common knowledge.
