Insurance premium issue
I had an issue with my dotsure insurance premium, where an agent was supposed to lower my insurance premium to what we had agreed upon but that did not happen, it resulted in me paying more than what was agreed upon, but the manager by the name of Mava Magexana assisted me, I was refunded in full he was very efficient he knew exactly what he was doing, and for that I'm grateful for the wonderful service
