Insurance company that *****s from clients
Pathetic service fom dotsure insurance. I have been waiting almost 2 weesk for feedback regarding my claim and dotsure does not even bother to contact their "Valued" client with any feedback. TH eclient has to call in everytime...
PLus they send you to a panelbeater and then say that the quote is too high, they almost half the amount .. why send tyou to the panelbaeater in the first place if they will half the quote> and then still apply double your excess amount on tip of that.. This is truly a company taht robs its clients!!!
