INSURANCE CLAIM PROBLEM

I would like to express my deepest disappointment on the service regarding a claim, since 13 September 2019 i have not been assisted by dot sure insurance till today i have been told that they are busy with verification. I feel there is no much effort done to resolve the matter, as i client i keep calling the claim holder everyday and can't seem to be able to get on of him. instead i get to be assisted by different individuals daily. PLEASE HELP ME GET CONCLUSION THE SOONER THE BETTER
