Insurance claim

In November one of my bakkies was hijacked and I made a claim to dotsure, my claim was declined because they say that I'm using my car for rewards and yet I did call to ask about business insurance (GIT) one of their staff members told me that they don't do Business insurance I then opted for another insurance paying two insurances for one vehicle. I would really like to be assisted with my claim because I still owe the bank and I thought having an insurance will help in times of need.
