My girlfriend recently purchased a vehicle and it was insured by them. We enjoyed the vehicle for about two weeks, we were involved in an accident and she was driving. We followed the claims procedure, as instructed. Our application declined because the owner of the vehicle (my girlfriend) is not listed as a nominated driver. I find this very deceiving and *********. How can an individual buy and insure a vehicle and not be listed as a driver on the policy. It's in her name for heaven's sake.

18 Jul 2023, 16:32Since the last I put up this review we've been constantly struggling to get the recording where the terms of a nominated driver where discussed and then appointed. There's no such recording according to them and they obtained my full names and ID number through a recording that does not exist. How incredibly convenient for someone who's just declined our claim. I've got one word for you guys. LAWYER!!!
