****ins hassle free claims process

I saw a nasty cut on my 7 month old kittens leg and rushed her to an emergency vet on a Friday evening. Needless to say 3 stiches later, medicine and +-R4500.00 later I brought her home. I submitted the claim on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon the claim was settled (Around R2500 based on my policy) along with a get-well message to my little kitty. Claim submission was incredibly hassle free and the staff at Dot sure were a pleasure to deal with. I was sceptical about taking insurance and a waiting period, but I was insured for a few months when the accident occurred, and I will highly recommend pet insurance through them.
