Informative but a long process

Jaen, from Dotsure, was very informative and helpful. My only criticism would be that the method of registering a member digitally requires them to pass on a great deal of info and most people don't have the concentration span or interest to listen to all the "fine print" although I understand that it is necessary. I found that part a bit tedious. Appears to be a worthwhile product.
