Incredibly Poor Service
I have been trying to cancel my Pet Insure for 6 months. Been referred to manage the policy via the website. One can only cancel a single policy without any option to cancel the other. Been sending emails and tickets are shown as "Closed" but nothing done regarding the policy. How difficult can it be just to allow the customer to cancel a policy...
