Incredible sign up process

I recently signed up with Dot Pet Insurance as my first insurance ever, and I must say that my experience was incredibly pleasant. Craig Terblanche, the individual I spoke with over the phone, was exceptionally friendly and polite. He patiently explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, and he was very understanding when I had questions. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding he demonstrated throughout the process, and I am wholeheartedly happy to be with an insurance provider that employs such wonderful individuals.
