Incredible Claim Process Service & Speed!
Wow, incredible service! We have pet insurance with dotsure and our border collie Linka had a little accident which required an operation at the vet. We paid the bill afterwards and then provided dotsure with the claim form. We were able to receive the payment back in our bank account the same day that it was submitted without any problems – amazing speed! A special thanks to Chantelle Groenewald that handled to claim process so well and they even sent us a “get well soon” card via email for Linka :) a very nice touch – thanks dotsure!
