Incorrect Service Supp**** by Dotsure

In January 2020, I requested a medical quote for my cats as they are now 13 years old and felt that they would need medical cover in a few years. As I live at the back of an enclosed complex and my cats never go further that my porch, I certainly would not have requested cover for accidents, which it seems the only cover Jaen Boshoff included in my policy. I submitted a claim to Dotsure today as my cat has not been well for a few days, only to discover that my cats were not covered for illnesses

I trusted Jaen Boshoff to supply medical cover for my cats as they are 13 years old.
