Incorrect Cellphone Claim amount

Took out household insurance inclusive of cellphones. The consultant captured the incorrect amount of the cellphone which is a Samsung A53. She insured it for 2900 unsure where she got the price for. Dotsure is now responding saying we agreed to the terms and conditions which I fully agreed to however I didn't consent to the consultants mistake. Dotsure now saying they have already paid out the amount yet we have raised the concern before the claim has been paid out. The consultant needs to be held accountable. You would rather have a complaint against your organisation and have brand damage than accountability. The issue isn't the MONEY it's the principle and the customer service. Who was checking the detail of the consultants audio phone call. The Samsung Galaxy watch is insured for more than the phone, how does that even make sense. Please attend to this immediately telling a customer that we agreed doesn't justify anything. The value of the phone is nearly 10k to settle for 2900 is disgusting. I've asked customer service where the consultant got that price no answer. Customer service can't answer why thier calls is audited and checked. Only when customers claim then you will find out that incorrect information was captured. All you have to fall back on is as a organisation is to say the customer agrees to terms and conditions and you get away with not a unhappy customer which no accountability.
