Incompetant a d unreliabke

I cancelled my Dotsure insurance and funeral plan on 10 January 2023. I specifically asked tbe incompetant olerator if the Dotsure fumeral plan was also cancelled amd they confirmed yes.

Now today 27 Janiary 2023 the freeking debit order went off avain. What mist i do to get this cancelled and my money paid back into my account. Dotsure is realy unreliable
