IN AWE ---- CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST
Had my first claim with them. It was effortless! Here is what absoutely wowed me: A courtesy phone call from Lauren just to let me know my claim had been processed and the amount that the amount would be paid to my account within the next 3 days!!! A phone call ---- so customer relations is not dead.....mmmm setting the standard pretty hight there Dotsure :) Oh and let's just note the ADORABLE "get well soon" card sent via email to our Gucci!!!
