Brilliant service from Rebecca van der Breggen, earlier today. What an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable,professional, articulate, friendly, efficient, concerned (even added that she hoped my cat's ailment would not end up being something serious!), warm, personable. Gosh, it was such a treat dealing with someone so on top of their game! Thank you! PS. On another note, I have to add that on all other occasions when I have had to deal with anyone at dotsure, I have found their service to be excellent!
