I initially couldn't complete the online contact form from DotSure as I got distracted so l left it incomplete, but in less than 10 min I got a call from DotSure's Christopher Viljoen. Which was a pleasant surprise I must say. Christopher was able to take me through their various policies and processes. He was concise and knowledgeable as he could answer all my questions without mincing his words.
