Impeccable sales service

<p>I was recently searching for insurance for my car and I came across Dotsure.co.za. I was attended to by Mr Ntsako Ma the bulk, who made sure that I understood what their packages were and throughout my entire dealing with him, he was courteous, professional and extremely patient with me.</p> <p>He made sure that all my questions and queries were answered and even went as as far as obtaining me a copy of their policy schedule, at my request, so that I could read through their fine print.</p> <p>There was very little that he wouldn't do in order to ensure that I joined their family. I was really appreciated his efforts, it's just that their product was not exactly what I wanted but the service will always remain memorable. </p> <p>Thank you Mr Mathebula, you clearly are cut out for this job and I sincerely hope that your company recognises your potential and they train your further and retain you, if they have greater plans of growing and remaining in the industry. </p>
