I would like to congratulate not only Dot Sure, but Imke de Vries in particular. Since I am new to this pet insurance she patiently and clearly explained every option to me and recommended the best insurance option for each of my three dogs. She knows the products, she knows dogs and gave very professional service exactly on time as arranged earlier. She is an asset to Dot Sure!
