I'm fine with Dotsure.co.za I would rather look for another insurance company

If someone consider to take an insurance with Dotsure.co.za you must think again. I have been struggling to get an agent to call me back for the last three days just to give me confirmation of receipt of my documents as per their sms. I'm struggling to get assistance with a very small claim imagine what will happen if I'm to submit a huge claim, it's going to be the death of me. The level of professionalism is zero
