I'm a new client and my first claim was declined

I'm a new client and my first claim was declined.We took the policy PETA *** out and the vet said we must come back the following week for xrays. Then he discovered the dog needed a operation.I submitted the claim but in his report he listed the first visit as well. At the first visit he couldn't make a diagnosis without the xrays.When I submitted the claim it was declined due to pre existing conditions. The vet removed a loose tooth and cleaned the other teeth but the whole claim was declined.Im very UNHAPPY and DISSAPOINTED and I will never ever recommend dotsure to any of my friends or family because from the day I app**** they said my dog is fully covered.
