Carla Jooste was awesome. We first spoke in November 2019. I wanted to move my pet insurance, but I was not finding the time to do the required admin. She sent me the information I wanted, she kept in touch without pestering me, she called at the times I asked her to and did not call when it was not suitable. FINALLY today, nearly three months after her first call, we sorted out the insurance for my pets. I gave her their names and ages in one of the first conversations we had ... she still had all those details. She knows her product, was polite, professional but human at all times - complete rock star !
