I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za. I was referred to DotSure by Animal Anti Cruelly League after we adopted our new furry friend from them at the beginning of Jan 2026. Your call agent Astin Moses was absolutely amazing when I phoned to enquire about cat insurance. She was friendly, very well informed, spoke in a relaxed way, not pushing me to just take the most expensive policy, but listened to what I asked and what my needs are. She assisted me in a professional manner. And, I immediately received my policy info via email and a message in Whatsapp. Thanks Astin for being just what I needed. You were great!
