I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za. The teleagent's grammar was very clear precise and timeous. She was kind, patient and efficient. Everything was explained clearly to my understanding. Upon coming across a short coming of information she politely requested a call back within 5 minutes to gather herself with the correct information. The process was quick and painless. Thank you Dotsure for your approach and speedy assistance and also not flagging me upon many times I could not answer your call.
