I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za I have always had the best service and best interactions with Dotsure every claim has been handled professionally and paid for I couldn't be happier. When Kyla Knoetze contacted me last week to review my policy she was very professional, helpful, friendly and had me and my pets interests at heart. She went out of her way to explain everything to me and all the options I had available. She always called me at the right time and checked with me first if it was a good time for me to chat which I really appreciate. I chose to upgrade my package because dealing with Kayla was such a pleasure and I always want to support people and companies that care about me.
