I would like to write a review about dotsure
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za I find them easy to talk to, no issues. They always know who I am when I call before I have to introduce myself. The sales agent: Mothusi Lusu was so nice explaining everything is detail. And due to the fact that I have my own insurance company, broker and Underwriter (JSR group). I would like to commend him that regardless if I knew the insurance law off by hart (and a policy writer myself for Sanlam and Genric) he still took his time to explain everything. Then also the customer services department, I only deal with Natalie. She knows me, she knows my history and she knows my policy off by hart. He voice alone makes me feel at ease knowing that these 2 people are dealing with me policy and i can sleep assured at night. Well done guys!
