I would like to rate Waseem Essack 5 stars with Dotsure.co.za for excellent customer service . From the moment I picked up the called ,Waseem Welcomed me with the friendliest voice definitely one needed in these holiday times. Waseem went above and beyond to diligently explain all the perks and policies of Dorsure’s pet medical aid . He guided me through the best option for my puppy as well as my budget ! I am fully confident that Waseem will be my “go to “ should I require any further assistance or information as his friendliness and hospitality makes one definitely feel Welcome and part of the Dotsure family !
