I was recently contacted by Kyla KNOETZE, from Dotsure, with respect to updating my pet insurance. At the time of contacting I was not in a position to listen/understand her proposal and asked her send me and email in this regard, she was very understanding and said she would, which she did. She offered to phone me back the next day at the same time to see if I had any questions. As promised she phone me back on time the next day, I had a few questions which she answered accordingly and I updated my policy forthwith. I have been with Dotsure for sometime and the service a received from Kyla is in line with the excellent service I always received from Dotsure, totally in line with there customer service expectations.
