I was ****MED by Dotsure

I have put in a claim last week Friday of 30 300, my dog went for surgery and was hospitalized. I get notifications from Emihle Klaas the Pet Claims Administrator. I immediately call her to say you can’t be paying me out 4K over what I’m claiming for. She claims that I must resend all documents, I did so. Then I get notifications to say I’m being paid out again less than 5K. I call again, no one has even called to explain to me why I’m being paid such little money. I had to go through the ends of the world to borrow that money to get my dog surgery with the comfort that I’d be paid out a decent amount of money from my Pet Insurance but little did I know that I’d be ****med. I tried calling Emihle Klaas LITERALLY THE WHOLE DAY YESTERDAY and nothing. I will be reporting you to the ombudsman for your incompetence and lack of service.
