I was helped very nicely by Marizel Bernardo. She explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood what cover i am taking for my puppy. She was very kind and patient, and I'm grateful for her help. 5/5 stars is not enough she deserves a 10/5 for her excellent service. Thank you, Marizel.
