I was helped by Troy Stoffels, and he was really just a wonderful consultant. It was my first time getting insurance for a pet, and he made the entire process easy and a lot less stressful than I imagine it could have been. He explained everything in detail, but not in an overwhelming way. And I really think together we got the best insurance option for my little furbabies!
