I was fortunate to receive a call from Bianca Johnson. She was absolutely lovely, I could not fault her in the way she conducted herself during our call. Very present, patient, kind... I could go on and on. She made the induction pleasant. I am also happy I am able to cover my fur baby at an affordable price, so kudos to dotsure.co.za for looking out for the little ones. A great introduction to being a first-time fur mom.
