I was contacted by Alma Loubser following up a hospital claim I wanted to make .She was professional and answered all questions I had.Then I requested her to foward my call to car department and she did.I was assisted by Theophillas Ntozini ,he also explained very well in my mother tongue with professionalism and respect with cultural sensitivity.He answered all the questions I had and he referred me to another department concerning debit order issues I had.
