I was calling in to cancel my policy due to financial constraints, Michael who helped me was able to actually offer me a fantastic offer of downgrading to a smaller package but basically using my latest premium paid as a credit going forward for a few months , this way I still have cover for my two dogs albeit a lighter package , cover nonetheless which is better than nothing ! Michael if you see this you were a delight , so easy to talk to , you were very understanding and very supportive in finding a better solution rather than terminating on the spot.
