I was assisted by Mvuyisi Gwavu on the 14th of May 2025 for a vehicle insurance and warranty. On a scale of 5, I give him a 3,5. He was knowledgeable, responsive and his expertise helped me make an informed decision and I understood my options. His professionalism and courtesy made the process smooth. However, one area for improvement would be to normalize calling clients back at the agreed-upon appointment times rather than repeatedly calling throughout the day. Receiving over 10 missed calls can be overwhelming. With a bit more structure in communication, I believe the service could be truly exceptional.
