I was assisted by Marizel Bernado and I wish to always always speak to her when I call she was so much help and super friendly she found me the best plan to suit my pocket for my 3 pets she was enthusiastic and kind and was so patient ( I was very indecisive) she explained everything so well she is the blue print of amazing customer service !
